OUR MISSION STATEMENT:

CONCH PROPERTIES, INC. has been formed in order to acquire, modify (if necessary), and represent vacation rental properties that are truly wheelchair accessible. Our team of wheelchair users, real estate professionals, location scouts, designers, and property managers are uniquely qualified to determine the accessibility of any property.

We strive to construct and modify properties that will provide the maximum enjoyment and minimum of hassles. Most of our properties are designed in such a manner that the accessibility aspects are unnoticed. We believe that is the way things should be. We address and solve accessibility issues so that you do not have to.

We will identify any accessibility issues that may exist in a given property. For example, A condominium complex may have level walkways throughout, including access to the pool area. However, there is not a lift available for the pool, and the spa is located up three steps. Rather than eliminate this property from our rental inventory, we will disclose this information about the property. If there is a movable lift or ramp available we will note that as well.
