The bright and tropical theme in Penthouse A501 is very comfortable, relaxing, and functional. The main room has a Queen size sleeper sofa, two matching occasional chairs and entertainment center. The bedrooms are both wheelchair accessible with widened doorways. The bay side bedroom features a King Size bed, and the ocean side bedroom has a Queen Size. Both bedrooms have their own televisions DVD/CD/MP3 players, and clock radios.

The penthouse has been recently renovated to provide an enhanced open floor plan that is enjoyed by everyone and increases wheelchair accessibility. The Penthouse features all tile floors and lever type door hardware. The full bathroom is accessible with a roll-in shower, adjustable height/hand held shower massage and grab bars. There is fresh paint, and new cabinetry, appliances, beds and furnishings throughout.

Enjoy paradise from the comfort of your private covered Penthouse Lanai (balcony/patio) that overlooks the property and views of Blackwater Sound. The incredible view and sunsets can be enjoyed from the bay side bedroom, and directly out your west-facing sliding door to the Lanai from the living room.

The ocean side bedroom offers north views of the island and east views (sunrise) of the Atlantic Ocean and Largo Sound. Penthouse A501 is fully air-conditioned, but you may prefer to enjoy the afternoon tradewinds and remote control ceiling fans to add to the island charm and functionality.

Penthouse A501 features entertainment systems that include three cable televisions, DVD/CD/MP3 stereo, and CD & DVD Library. Penthouse A501 amenities include cordless telephones, answering machine, UNLIMITED free local calls, and a computer with high-speed internet access.
