VACATION RENTAL RATES

RENTALS ARE GENERALLY FROM SATURDAY THROUGH SATURDAY
(check for exceptions)

Moon Bay Yacht & Tennis Club is one of only three resort properties in the Key Largo area that are allowed to rent on a weekly basis.

It is the standard here in the Keys to rent from Saturday through Saturday. Please inquire about your specific needs.

There is a 7-day minimum stay required. However, nightly rates are available on a "last minute" or "fill-in" basis. There are no maximum stay restrictions.

Book early for best availability, as many guests have standing reservations here.

The Florida Keys require an 11.5% room tax that is INCLUDED in your rental fee.

Rentals of 4 or more consecutive weeks receive up to a 15% discount per week
(12/05 - 5/06 is a 10% discount)
Book 4 separate weeks at the same time an receive 10% OFF each week
(discount received out of fourth week’s payment)

CHECK-IN time is 3:00PM
CHECK-OUT time is 11:00AM

Boat slip is INCLUDED in your rental ($50+ per/night value)
Maid service can be provided at extra cost.
Provisioning provided for cost plus 20%.
Babysitting services are available in Key Largo.

Holiday periods are subject to a $150/wk surcharge - Included are:

Spring Break (April 8-15 2006)
Thanksgiving (November 18-25 2006)
Christmas (December 24-30 2006)

Rates are subject to change without notice unless confirmed.

A valid credit card (AMEX, MC, VISA) or a $300 refundable security deposit is required to reserve rental dates.
Credit cards will be charged $100 at the time of booking confirmation.
Reservations must be PAID-IN-FULL within 60 days of arrival date.
Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure minus any damages or missing inventory.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL, FAX, OR IN WRITING and confirmation returned!
Cancellations made within 90 days of reservation date will forfeit 1/2 the Security Deposit.
Cancellations made within 45 days of reservation date will forfeit all of the Security Deposit.
Cancellations made within 15 – 30 days of reservation date will forfeit 1/2 of the rental fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days prior to reservation shall forfeit reservation amount.
(Note: If we can fill the cancelled date we will refund the difference to you)

We have arrangements with other rental owners in Moon Bay Yacht & Tennis Club in Key Largo, if this unit is not available for your desired dates.
