DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Take the Florida Turnpike south until it ends in Florida City, EXIT 1 (About 30 miles south of the Miami Airport [MIA]). You will see a Walmart on your right (just north of the turnpike once you exit). If you need any last minute items or provisioning this might be a good choice. They are open 24 hours. Continue south on what is now US-1 south, it will take you straight into Key Largo (20 miles, about half an hour), ultimately ending in Key West.

The green mile markers (MM) on the side of the road are your countdown to Moon Bay, located at MM 104.5.

For visual reference, you will have about a mile of fast food restaurants, gas stations, dive shops, and a flashing light at the turn-off for Card Sound Road. From there it is a fairly straight drive down a mostly two-lane road. There are two passing zones on the way to Key Largo.

You will pass over the draw bridge at Jewfish Creek (MM 108), and at about MM 106 the road takes a right turn into Key Largo where Card Sound Road reconnects. From this point on it is a divided four-lane road through Key Largo. After you pass the first traffic signal (school on the left) you will see "Rowell's Marina" (a large chain link fenced boat yard on your right). Look ahead and up a hundred yards on your right and you will see Moon Bay Condominium. It is the tallest building in the immediate area.

MOON BAY CONDOMINIUM
As you pull into the Moon Bay Condominium driveway you will need your pass card to open the gate.

Note: If you are towing a boat, arrange [with Robbie]to park your trailer at the Caribbean Club (about 1/4 mile past Moon Bay), they have a nice large launching ramp there as well. THERE IS NO TRAILER PARKING IN MOON BAY CONDOMINIUM.

PARKING
To get to your assigned parking space continue on past the guest parking and turn right past the end of the building, and right again, continuing along the back (bay side) of the building.

Please read and abide buy all of the rules (attached and posted) for the property. There are security numbers posted in the Manager's window and on the refrigerator in your unit. Security will gladly, pleasantly, and firmly enforce all restrictions. For example, If you are being bothered by loud music, or someone is parked in your space, call security at any time (day or night). They will handle it in short order. At the same time, if you break the rules, expect a visit from security. Security people are very pleasant, and firm. This provides for a quite pleasant experience for everyone.

BOAT SLIP
Your boat slip is A501, and is located 2nd from the gangway, on the LEFT side, of the CENTER dock. Please bring enough dock lines to use spring lines. Water and power are available on the docks. There is 4 foot depth throughout the marina. NO FISHING OR SWIMMING IN THE MARINA. Fuel docks are available within 300 yards north (Rowell's Marina) and south (Hobo's Marina).
